What is Super Support

Super Support is an add-on package we created for our existing clients and other businesses in Regina who need help with their Search Engine Marketing (SEM) efforts.

A few years ago we started offering all our web design clients unlimited technical support, including Search Engine Optimization guidance so that our clients don't need to hire an expert. The fact is, some businesses see a benefit in hiring an SEM expert to do the work for them, and that's why we created our super support package. If you sign up for Super Support, instead of showing you how to do Search Engine Optimization, we'll just do it for you. And, as an bonus, if you are interested in advertising on Google we'll even manage your Google Ads.  

So if you don't have time to focus on Search Engine Optimization and/or you would like to start advertising on search engines like Google and Bing, this package is for you.

What's Included

Keyword Research

We use tools like Kewordtool.io, KWfinder to help us identify the best keywords and search phrases to focus our SEM efforts on. Search trends change, and we stay on top of the change by regularly doing keyword research. The base cost to sign up for these two tools alone is $100 USD/month.

Website Audit & Technical Improvement

We use SEM Rush to perform an in-depth website audit to help us identify technical errors that are preventing your website from performing well on search engines. We fix all the errors and continue to do audits on your website on an on-going basis, to make sure your site stays error-free. 

Competitor Analysis

We will use SEM Rush to perform a detailed analysis of your competitor's websites, to understand their strengths and weaknesses. This gives us a better idea of what we need to ultimately beat them on search engines.

On-page SEO

On-page SEO is "the practice of optimizing individual web pages to rank higher and earn more relevant traffic in search engines" - Source. We'll make sure your on-page SEO is on point. Not only will we ensure EVERY page on your site has a Meta Title & Meta Description, but we'll also optimize the wording, and adjust as needed. We'll restructure your existing content to ensure that every page is structured for optimal search engine performance. Based on our keyword research, we'll create SEO-friendly content designed to get you to the top of search results. 

Pay-Per-Click Campaign Management

If you want to get started with Google or any other Pay-Per-Click and/or re-targeting ads, we'll get you set up. If you are currently running a PPC campaign, we'll start by doing a detailed audit of your existing campaign. If there is any way we can improve the performance of your campaign, we'll take over. We don't add a mark-up to your ad rates. Google or Bing will charge you directly so that you have full control and transparency when it comes to your budget and actual spending. We don't care how much you choose to spend. Our Super support package rate is fixed, and will not change if you choose to spend more or less. Since our revenue model is not based on your ad budget, we don't have any reason to increase your ad spend over time, whether consciously or unconsciously.

Call Tracking

Not only do we track every contact form entry you get through your website, but we'll also track and record every phone call you get as a result of our SEM efforts. We use CallRail to track and record an audio clip of every call you get. CallRail allows us to track the source of your calls, whether it is Organic SEO, a PPC campaign versus direct traffic. Not only will you be able to see exactly how many phone calls you are getting as a direct result of our Super Support package, but you will also be able to listen to every call to ensure the leads are "quality leads". One of the perks of call tracking is that it also allows you to monitor the performance of your staff dealing with incoming calls. As a side note, once we start tracking your incoming phone leads, a message will be added to the start of every call to notify the caller that the "call will be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes".

Detailed Reports

Where applicable (CallRail, Google Analytics Etc.), we will give you direct access to detailed "live" performance reports. In addition to this, we will provide monthly and quarterly reports showing how your site is performing on Search Engines, compared to your competitors, your overall return on investment (ROI) and more.
