At Squareflo, we include unlimited technical support as part of our standard website package.

Our technical support includes unlimited in-person (at one of our offices) or virtual meetings during which we will:

 

• Show you or your staff how to use our Content Management System (CMS)

 

• Discuss how you can structure & possibly improve your website's content

 

• Show you how to properly optimize your website for better search engine results.

 

• Show you how you can get started with useful third-party tools like Mail Chimp, Google's Search Console, Google Analytics, and more.

 

• Talk shop

 

Tech support doesn't have to take up a lot of your time. We also offer timely & friendly support via Slack®. So when you just need a quick fix, a simple question answered, or you feel that an in-person meeting would simply take up too much of your time, shoot us a message in the private Slack® channel dedicated to your product.

We also have a growing number of helpful tutorial videos, like the one above that you can watch whenever needed. 

Are you an existing Squareflo® client, but not sure whether you qualify for unlimited tech support? If you can log in here, you do. If you can't get in, you are most likely still using version 1 or 2 of Squareflo's CMS, or we simply host your site, which does not include unlimited technical support. If your website is powered by one of the first two versions of our CMS don't fret! You can purchase our latest website package at any time.
